The primary responsibility of this position is to perform all necessary functions of the Precious Metals Vault management. To carefully handle all incoming or outgoing PM inventory batches. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all PM inventories into the Paradox/SAP system. Position will also be responsible in Traffic and Logistic management.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Strict following of all Vault and HMP procedures routinely.
Daily count and reconciliation of Vault PM inventory.
Review daily schedule of PM requirements by department.
Organize, Plan and prepare Precious Metals deliveries for External Customers.
Process incoming Customer Precious Metals and returns by following set procedures.
Prepare and process sample shipments for Internal and External Analytical Lab.
Maintain accurate count and process all daily transactions into Paradox/SAP system on a timely basis.
Help perform in Cycle count as well as Annual Physical Inventory preparations.
Help managing Traffic and Logistic related duties on a daily/weekly basis.
Prepare various inventory reports for management.
What is required for this role:
High School Diploma or equivalent
General manufacturing experience helpful.
