The following challenges await you:
- As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) Anodes, you will be responsible for the sale of precious metal recycling services in an international environment with customers from various industries.
- In your role, you will report functionally to the Managing Director of Heraeus Recycling Technology Canada Ltd. in Canada.
- In this regard, you will build relationships with customers and partners, establish networks in key markets, and drive a sustainable future.
- You will work closely with the trading, operations, and other precious metal-related departments.
- In addition, you will use your expertise in market and competition analysis to implement a sales strategy that consistently meets or exceeds sales and profitability targets.
- You will prepare customer, market, and territory reports.
- The acquisition of MMO anodes for HRTC is an important part of your activities.
- In addition, preparing quotations and negotiating contracts is an exciting part of your responsibilities.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable field, as well as experience in sales
- Basic understanding/experience in the field of precious metals
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft CRM Dynamics and good experience with MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in German and English
- Hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility, and reliability
- Organizational talent and the ability to work with highly qualified employees in a chemical environment
