We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d) with deep expertise in Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation modules. You will play a key role in configuring and optimizing our HR systems, and building intelligent business rules. Your work will directly support our digital HR transformation journey.
The following challenges await you:
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation.
- Design and build Business Rules to automate and streamline HR processes.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure system configurations align with business needs, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases of SuccessFactors projects.
- Document system configurations, business rules, and integration specifications.
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and recommend continuous improvements.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise
- Strong knowledge of Business Rule creation and API integration
- Deep understanding of Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
- Experience with Employee Central Payroll is a plus
- Familiarity with People Analytics, Learning, Recruiting, and Succession modules is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
