化工研发技术员

岗位职责：

1）参与完成催化剂及膜电极相关的制备工作；

Participate in catalyst and MEA-related preparation and laboratory synthesis work.

2）参与完成原材料，半成品和成品的检测、表征和性能测试工作；

Participate in testing, characterization, and performance evaluation of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.

3）支持技术难题的解决，可以单独设计具体试验方案并参与工艺优化改进；

Support the resolution of technical issues; independently design experimental plans and participate in process optimization and improvement.

4）实验数据整理、统计、归档与报告

Experimental data organization, statistical analysis, documentation, and reporting.

5）实验室日常维护、设备管理、样品管理等日常工作

Routine laboratory operations including maintenance, equipment management, sample management etc.

岗位要求：

1）工作主动积极、有责任心、有团队协作精神。

Proactive, responsible, teamwork spirit.

2）具备较丰富的无机或有机化学试验经验，包括无机有机化学基本知识，实验设计及分析，基本实验仪器的操作使用等。有催化剂合成、电化学或膜电极相关实验经验者优先。

Experienced in inorganic/organic chemical experiments, including basic knowledge of inorganic/organic chemistry, experiment design and analysis, use basic experiment apparatus/equipment. Candidates with experimental experience in catalyst synthesis, electrochemistry, or membrane electrode assembly (MEA) are preferred.

3）有基本的英语沟通能力。

Basic English communication skill.

4）本科及以上学历，化学或化工相关专业。

Bachler or above degree with chemical background.
