Application Technology Senior Engineer/Manager

岗位职责Position Responsibilities

1. Application Development & Technical Support / 应用开发与技术支持

• Support application development activities for catalyst products in FC and EL applications with respect to performance in electrodes. 支持燃料电池及电解槽领域MEA与催化剂产品的应用开发工作。
• Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, performance optimization and system integration guidance. 为客户提供技术支持，包括问题诊断、性能优化及系统集成指导。
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and internal development inputs. 将客户需求转化为技术规范和内部研发输入。

2.Customer Engagement & Market Interface / 客户与市场技术接口

• Serve as the key technical interface to customers, OEMs, and catalyst/MEA suppliers. 作为公司与客户、整机厂（OEM）以及催化剂/MEA供应商之间的核心技术接口。
• Understand varying requirements from different customers and tailor technical solutions accordingly. 深入理解不同用户差异化需求，并提供针对性技术解决方案。
• Support business development activities with technical expertise. 支持业务拓展，提高技术驱动的市场机会转化。

3.Technical Expertise & Innovation / 技术能力与创新

• Maintain deep technical knowledge of MEA manufacturing, electrode testing, electrocatalyst properties, and process technologies in one of the fields of PEM EL or PEM FC, preferred in both. 持续深化在MEA制造、电化学催化剂性能及工艺技术方面的专业能力。
• Monitor industry trends, competitor technologies, and emerging innovations in FC and EL fields. 跟踪燃料电池和电解槽行业技术发展趋势、竞争格局及前沿创新。
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in application technologies. 推动应用技术持续优化与创新。

4.Cross-functional Collaboration / 跨部门协作

• Work closely with R&D and sales to ensure successful product implementation. 与研发和销售紧密合作，确保产品顺利导入应用。
• Support product qualification, testing, and validation at customer sites. 支持客户现场的产品验证、测试及认证工作。

岗位资格和要求Position Qualification & Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrochemistry, or related fields. 化学工程、材料科学、电化学或相关专业硕士及以上学历。
2. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in fuel cell and/or electrolyzer industry. 5–10年以上燃料电池和/或电解水行业经验。
3. Exposure to multiple organizations is highly valued, enabling a well-rounded understanding of varying technical requirements. 具备不同企业工作背景者优先，有助于更全面理解多样化的技术需求
4. Deep understanding of MEA manufacturing processes (coating, CCM, GDL integration, etc.). 深入理解MEA制造工艺（如涂覆、CCM制备、GDL集成等）。
5. Strong knowledge of catalyst technologies and suppliers in both FC and EL applications. 熟悉燃料电池及电解槽领域的催化剂技术及主要供应商。
6. Familiarity with system-level performance requirements and testing methods. 掌握系统层面的性能需求及测试方法。
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 具备优秀的分析与问题解决能力。
8. Excellent communication skills in both internal and external settings. 良好的内外部沟通协调能力。
9. Self-driven technical expert with hands-on mindset. 具备高度自驱力的技术专家型人才，动手能力强。
10. Adaptive to fast-changing industry landscape. 能适应快速变化的行业环境。
11. Strong customer orientation. 具备较强的客户导向意识。
12. Fluent English and Mandarin is preferred. 中英文流利优先。
