Paste Development Engineer - Surfactant

Position Responsibilities

1. Sourcing and selection of surfactant for the new product

2. Development or Improvement of Formulation to fulfill spec

3. Support successful product launches by generating the relevant application data

4. Learn and skillfully operate the equipment

5. Execute the application test as requested and prepare report

6. Maintenance of equipment, including repair and vendor contact

7. Other tasks assigned by upper manager

Position Qualification & Requirements

1. Bachelor/Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry / Chemistry Engineering / Material Science and Engineering; PhD is a plus

2. Bachelor with 5 years industrial experience. Master with min. 1 year industrial experience.

3. Experience and knowledge on surfactant and paste development

4. Familiar with rheology and organic chemistry.

5. Fluent oral English. Can read and write English.

6. Proficient in office software

7. Good hands-on experience required, Good communication skill, verbal and emails

8. Experience and knowledge on Ag or Cu Sinter process is a big plus
