Be responsible for the introduction of new products; Cross-departmental collaboration is promoted to ensure the timely and quality completion of mass production of new products

Regularly organize meetings to review the project progress and form cross-departmental teams to address the challenges in the project
3. 负责新产品量产的工艺流程、参数，工具、设备，包装和作业指导的落实
Be responsible for the implementation of the process flow, parameters, tools, equipment, packaging and operation guidance for the new products mass production
4. 推动工艺持续改进：提高良率、节省成本、提升效率和减少浪费
Promote continuous process improvement：yield improvement, cost saving, efficiency improvement and waste elimination
5. 负责本区域的日常工艺异常，变更及问题解决
Be responsible for the daily process abnormalities, Change and problem-solving in own area
6. 完成公司或部门要求的其他工作
Other work derived from the demands of the company or department
任职要求：
1. 本科或以上学历 Bachelor degree or above
2. 化学工程工艺专业, 有机化学材料专业, 等化工类专业（不包含无机材料方向）
Chemical Engineering Technology major, Organic Chemical Materials major, Chemical engineering-related majors (excluding inorganic materials direction)
3. 英语能力：良好的英语听说读写能力Good English in oral and written.
4. 下列工作经验的优先The following work experience is preferred.
a) 新产品导入及放大量产项目的经验 NPI experience or PMP Certificate
b) 厚膜（银浆）、锡膏 等浆料的生产或应用的工程经验 Engineering experience in the production or application
of thick films (silver paste) and solder pastes ect.
5. 有较强的主人翁意识，领导力；不轻言放弃
Strong sense of ownership, Leadership；and never give up easily
6. 善于倾听，思路清晰，善于总结和分享
Good listener, Clear thinking, and good at summarizing and sharing
7. 掌握DOE、SPC、PFMEA、防错、Minitab 等工具
Master tools such as DOE, SPC, PFMEA, Error-proofing, Minitab and So on
