岗位职责：

1.根据生产计划组织熔炼、浇铸及相关工序生产，合理安排人员、设备和物料，保障产能与交付。

Organize melting, casting and related operations according to the production plan; allocate personnel, equipment and materials to meet capacity and delivery requirements.

2. 负责熔炼现场管理，监督工艺参数、作业标准和操作规程执行，及时处理生产异常。

Manage the melting shop floor, monitor process parameters and operating standards, and resolve production abnormalities promptly.

3. 结合产品要求优化熔炼工艺，控制金属回收率、烧损、夹杂、成分偏差及其他质量风险。

Optimize melting processes based on product requirements and control metal recovery, burn-off, inclusions, composition deviations and other quality risks.

4.负责生产过程中的贵金属物料、半成品及回收料管理，做好领用、投料、退料、盘点和批次追溯。

Manage precious-metal materials, semi-finished products and recyclable materials throughout production, including issuance, charging, returns, stocktaking and batch traceability.

5.配合质量、技术及设备部门开展异常分析、原因排查和纠正预防，推动质量持续改善。

Work with Quality, Technical and Equipment teams on deviation analysis, root-cause investigation, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous quality improvement.

6.做好现场5S、环保和职业健康管理，确保废气、废料及其他生产过程符合公司管理要求。

Maintain 5S, environmental and occupational health standards, ensuring that emissions, waste and other production activities comply with company requirements.

7.负责班组建设、人员排班、岗位培训、技能提升和绩效评价，培养稳定、规范的生产团队。

Build and manage the team, arrange shifts, provide job training and skills development, and conduct performance evaluations.

8.推动设备点检、维护保养和故障反馈，提升熔炼设备运行稳定性与使用效率。

Drive equipment inspections, preventive maintenance and failure feedback to improve equipment reliability and utilization.

9.通过工艺优化、节拍改善、能源管理和损耗控制，持续推进降本增效。

Promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement through process optimization, cycle-time improvement, energy management and loss control.

10.编制并提交生产日报、异常报告、产量及损耗分析等相关记录，确保数据真实、完整、可追溯。

Prepare and submit daily production reports, deviation reports, output records and loss analyses, ensuring that data is accurate, complete and traceable.

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，冶金工程、材料工程、金属材料或相关专业。

College diploma or above in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallic Materials or a related field.

2.具备5年以上有色金属、贵金属、特种合金或相关高温熔炼生产经验，具备2年以上现场团队管理经验。

At least 5 years of experience in non-ferrous metals, precious metals, specialty alloys or related high-temperature melting production, including at least 2 years of shop-floor team management experience.

3.熟悉铂、钯、铑等铂族金属或相关合金的熔炼、浇铸、取样、成分控制及缺陷分析流程。

Familiarity with melting, casting, sampling, composition control and defect analysis for platinum, palladium, rhodium or related alloys.

4.熟悉感应熔炼、真空熔炼等一种或多种熔炼设备，具备基本的设备异常判断和现场协调能力。

Familiarity with induction melting, vacuum melting or similar equipment, with the ability to identify basic equipment abnormalities and coordinate on-site response.

5.具备较强的生产计划组织、现场问题处理、跨部门沟通和团队管理能力。

Strong capabilities in production planning, on-site problem solving, cross-functional communication and team management.

6.熟悉生产质量管理、物料批次追溯、贵金属损耗控制及现场数据分析。

Knowledge of production quality management, material batch traceability, precious-metal loss control and shop-floor data analysis.

7.具备较强的安全意识，熟悉高温作业、粉尘防护、危化品管理及应急处置要求。

Strong safety awareness and familiarity with high-temperature work, dust protection, hazardous-chemical management and emergency response requirements.

8.责任心强，执行力好，能够适应生产现场管理。

Strong sense of responsibility and execution, with the ability to work in a production environment.
