机械工程师

Position Responsibilities：

1. Managing, maintaining and optimization of all mechanical systems (e.g. machinery, equipment, piping) and process steps from engineering view, troubleshooting, performance monitoring and reporting

2. Provide technical support to improve productivity and quality

3. Investigation and analyzing the root cause of breakdown and follow up the implementation of action plan

4. Lead plant optimization, debottlenecking and repair projects

5. Involve and contribute to investment projects from plant engineering point of view

6. Develop engineering standard and maintenance procedures

7. Develop and optimization PM, spare parts and SAP master data

8. Providing the technical training for mechanical technician and operator on equipment

9. Minimize the overall maintenance cost in comply with the quality and safety standards

10. Source and identify the qualified contractors to accomplish specific maintenance or repairing jobs and respect timing and budget

11. Ensure the projects have the relevant documentation available and the necessary maintenance contracts are in place

12. Set up the maintenance plan, prepare the related budget and respect it

13. Examine and approve the maintenance final accounts for the contractors

14. As machinal engineer support MOC modification and big/small project



Position Qualification & Requirements：

1. University degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering or related

2. Over 3 years maintenance working experience in chemical industry plant.

3. Basic knowledge of the mechanical principles and experience of documentation management

4. Familiar with P&I diagrams and mechanical drawings

5. Good knowledge for chemical machinery and equipment (especially for centrifugal compressors, centrifugal separators and refrigerating devices)

6. Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis

7. Problem/result oriented working creative/practical thinking

8. Good Computer skill, Microsoft office software, SAP, etc.

9. Good English skills required (reading, writing, speaking)
