Job Purpose:

Provide support in process validations and continuous improvement projects (automatization projects included), Inspecting (conducting visual and measurement tests and documentation review) and approving product and confirming specifications if necessary.

Major Responsibilities:

Keep constant communication and work with related areas to obtain solutions to process, methods, documentation, inspection issues among others (Due Diligence).
Support actively site initiatives, standards and procedures related to Production, Improvement, EHS, Engineering and NPI among others, including new projects document Energy intensity (ISO 50001).
Provide support for the Nonconforming process which includes but is not limited to labeling, rejection, NCR opening, segregation, and Quarantine requirements when executing transfers and projects.
Inspect and approve product by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests using the adequate equipment when required.
Document inspection results properly according to specifications and procedures in applicable systems when required.
Executing production sustainable practices to promote a culture of energy efficiency within the company.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma (Graduated).
Quality Technician degree (Graduated)
0-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry
Written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and analytic skills
Basics in spoken and written English and Spanish
Basic knowledge in validations
Basic Knowledge of ISO 13485
Problem solving ability
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

Advance industrial engineering student
Strong basic math skills
Statistical tools knowledge is a plus
Experience with measuring devices such as meters, gauges, computers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
Knowledge of regulatory and MRP systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office is a plus.
