WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead day-to-day production — people, machines, and materials ready before, during, and after shift.
Own KPI performance including Safety, CPAR/DMRs, On-time delivery, Scrap, and Cost efficiency.
Drive safety culture: Ergonomics, PPE compliance, and active participation in safety programs.
Champion ISO quality standards and ensure products are built right the first time, every time.
Launch and sustain continuous improvement and lean initiatives — value stream mapping, waste elimination, standardization.
Build and develop your team: Staffing, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and other operational leaders.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:

4-year Engineering or other technical degree.
Management/leadership experience in a high-volume, repetitious, mechanized manufacturing environment.
Outstanding interpersonal and employee relations skills.
Proven success implementing and sustaining continuous improvement / lean initiatives.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Solid grasp of core manufacturing KPIs.
Experience with SAP or another ERP system and MS Office applications.
