Account Manager

Position Responsibilities
1.In charge of all sales activity in key customers, fulfil the sales target according to company strategy,
2.Develop, coach and manage new customer together with Technical team in key customers,
3.Collect marketing information by frequent customer visiting, timely report to supervisor about the market trends, competitors’ information, relative industrial regulation updated etc.,
4.According to the response area market situation, update the sales forecast and delivery planning to supervisor by monthly base,
5.Implement company new strategic promotion of new product, new technology and feedback the result in time,
6.Support national & global R&D projects within response area,
7.Make sure the credit and AR control of response customer align company policy,
8.Any other tasks from superior

Position Qualification & Requirements
1. Bachelor degree of Micro-Electronic, Electronic material or Semi-conductor Engineering or relative major;
2. ＞2 years working experience in relative industry market, like semiconductor or automotive electronics area or Industry or communication Elections area and Etc.
3. Being familiar with bonding wire , assembly Materials ,TFM , Metal ceramic Substrates , Metal Substrates Or Power module are preferred .
3. Being familiar with the semiconductor assembly area is preferred.
4. English skill, good in oral and written
5. Good skill of Office software, Being familiar with Jedox , CRM，Skype， MS Office are preferred.
6. Open communication, Time management, Quick learning, Working under pressure, Finance basic knowledge, Quality Management knowledge
7. Willingness to travel
