What you can achieve:

Support. Improve. Innovate. This is what you will do in our international sales team, where your focus will be on providing technical support to our customers in the iron and steel foundry industry.
You will work directly with customers on-site to develop solutions regarding thermal analysis, process optimization, melt treatment, and magnesium/inoculation treatments.
You will oversee all phases of customer projects, ranging from defining requirements and conducting trials to commissioning equipment (e.g., wire treatment systems).
To ensure optimal results, you will analyze metallurgical issues at customer sites.
Finally, you will prepare technical presentations and conduct both internal and external training sessions and workshops.

What you bring to the role:

A degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Foundry Technology, Ferrous Metallurgy, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of thermal analysis, cast iron metallurgy, melt treatment, process control, and quality assurance.
Experience with grey iron, ductile iron (SGI), CGI, and/or cast steel is highly desirable.
Strong metallurgical understanding combined with analytical thinking skills.
A high willingness to travel: 60–80% of the time (domestic, across Europe, and occasionally worldwide).
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
An independent, goal-oriented, responsible, and structured approach to work, combined with strong communication skills within an international team.
