Your Profile

You are someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys connecting people around a common vision, and finds satisfaction in delivering results that matter.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT project management, IT consulting, IT business partnering, or a related role.
Broad understanding of corporate IT, including infrastructure, applications, ERP systems, data, or related technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive outcomes in matrix organizations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage technical and business audiences alike.
Practical, hands-on problem solver who can quickly understand new challenges and develop effective solutions.
Experience within industrial manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, or other operationally focused environments.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus.
Fluent English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Travel

This role includes approximately 30% travel, including visits to Heraeus locations throughout the United States and internationally. Periodic travel to our global headquarters in Hanau, Germany is also expected.
