客户服务

岗位职责:

1.日常销售订单的系统操作和跟踪,以及相关数据记录和分析

Handle daily sales order in SAP system and follow-ups, record and analyse the related data.

2.和客户/相关部门沟通,保证产品发货的及时性

Communicate with our related departments and customers to ensure timely deliveries to the customers.

3.日常发票开具、登记、发送等

Issue, register and send invoices, ect.

4.客户应收账款/贵金属账单定期核对

Check customers’ AR and precious metal pool account regularly.

5.其他与客户服务和销售相关的日常工作

Other works related to customer service and sales operations.


岗位要求:

1.大专以上学历

Above College degree

2.有一定的英语基础,有较好的英语读写能力优先考虑

Basic knowledge of English, good command of English both reading and writing is preferred

3.熟练使用办公软件Word, Excel等, 有ERP系统经验,特别是SAP优先考虑

Proficient with MS office tools, Word, Excel ect. ERP experience, especially SAP is preferred.

4.1年以上工作经验

Above 1 years relevant experience in Multinational company

5.有较强责任心,团队精神和抗压能力

Strong sense of responsibility, team spirits and can work under pressure
