Senior HR Specialist

Position Responsibilities：

Recruitment

- Deliver end-to-end recruiting: demand intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer process, and onboarding coordination.

- Develop and manage recruiting channels (agencies, job boards, referrals, vocational schools/campus where applicable) to build stable pipelines.

- Track recruiting progress and improve quality of hire, and candidate experience through process improvements.

Training & Capability Development

- Own and coordinate the training program including onboarding, role-based skills

- Drive the operator skill upgrading system as part of the overall capability framework, ensuring clear standards, assessments, and development pathways.

Staffing & Employee Relations

- Support workforce planning and staffing execution (headcount tracking, staffing changes, internal movements) in partnership with business partners.

- Support day-to-day employee relations: policy guidance, issue resolution, investigations/disciplinary process support as needed.

- Promote positive employee communication and engagement initiatives.

HR Program Implementation

- Implement HR programs and policies (performance management steps, engagement actions, culture initiatives etc.) as assigned.

Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and ways of working to increase efficiency and consistency.


Position Qualification & Requirements：

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  2. At least 5+ years of strong hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.
  3. Proven recruitment delivery experience, especially high-volume operator hiring.
  4. Experience designing or running training/skill systems (skill matrix, skill upgrading).
  5. Solid knowledge of labor law and employee relations practices.
  6. Strong communication, execution discipline, and ability to work closely with shopfloor leaders.
  7. Good command of English both in oral and written
