生产计划员

岗位职责：

1、计划制定与排程Planning & Scheduling:

- 根据销售预测、客户订单和库存策略，制定并维护主生产计划。Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory policies.

- 编制详细的日/周/月生产排程，并下发至各生产车间。Create detailed daily/weekly/monthly production schedules and release them to production workshops.

2、物料协调与监控Material Coordination & Monitoring：

- 监控贵金属的库存水平，预防缺料或过剩库存。Monitor inventory levels of critical materials to prevent shortages or excess stock.

3、生产进程管控Production Progress Control：

- 每日跟踪生产进度，对比实际与计划产出，分析差异原因。Track daily production progress, compare actual vs. planned output, and analyze variances.

- 及时处理生产过程中的异常（如设备故障、质量问题、急单插入），调整短期计划。Promptly address production exceptions (e.g., equipment breakdown, quality issues, rush orders) and adjust short-term plans.

- 组织召开或参与生产计划协调会。Organize or participate in production planning coordination meetings.

4、数据管理与分析Data Management & Analysis:

- 维护ERP/MRP系统中生产计划和物料数据的准确性。Maintain the accuracy of production planning and material data in the ERP/MRP system (e.g., SAP).

- 分析关键绩效指标，如计划达成率、订单准时交付率、库存周转率。Analyze key performance indicators, such as Schedule Attainment, On-Time Delivery, and Inventory Turnover.

- 提供周期性的计划和库存分析报告。Provide periodic planning and inventory analysis reports

5、跨部门沟通与协同Cross-functional Communication & Collaboration：

- 作为销售、采购、仓储、质量和生产部门间的核心沟通桥梁。Act as a key communication bridge between Sales, Procurement, Warehousing, Quality, and Production departments.

向销售部门提供可靠的产能和交付预期。Provide reliable capacity and delivery expectations to the Sales team.


岗位要求：

  1. 本科及以上学历，工业工程、物流管理、机械制造、材料科学等相关专业优先。Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Mechanical Manufacturing, Materials Science, or related fields.
  2. 3年以上制造业生产计划、物料计划或供应链相关工作经验。Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment
  3. 有流程型工业或离散型制造业经验者优先，熟悉贵金属或特种材料行业者更佳。Experienced in process or discrete manufacturing is preferred. Familiarity with the precious metals or specialty materials industry is a strong plus.
  4. 精通生产计划与物料控制原理，熟悉MRP逻辑， 熟练使用ERP系统（如SAP PP/MM模块经验是巨大优势）。Proficient in production planning and material control principles, familiar with MRP logic,Skilled in using ERP systems (hands-on experience with SAP PP/MM modules is a significant advantage).
  5. 精通Excel等数据分析工具，能进行数据透视和基本分析。Advanced skills in data analysis tools like Excel (pivot tables, etc.).
  6. 出色的沟通协调能力和解决问题的能力。Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  7. 了解精益生产、六西格玛或持有APICS CPIM认证。Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or APICS CPIM certification.
