质量工程师

岗位职责：

1.负责客户投诉的接收、分析与回复，组织跨部门（设计/工艺/生产等）开展问题分析，制定并推动纠正/预防措施（CAPA），确保问题闭环与客户满意。Handle customer complaints; coordinate cross-functional teams (Design/Process/Production) to perform root cause analysis, implement CAPA, and ensure effective closure.

2.参与漏板、电刷、铂网、球珠、油箱传感器等关键零部件的质量管理，确保产品符合图纸、规范及客户要求。Participate in quality management of key components (e.g., bushings, brushes, platinum mesh, beads, fuel tank sensors) to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

3.跟踪生产过程中的质量异常，组织分析与改善，制定验证计划并跟踪验证结果；监督整改措施落地，确保有效性与持续改进。Track and resolve in-process quality issues; drive improvements and validation activities; ensure corrective actions are implemented and effective.

4.负责供应商质量审核与绩效评估，推动供应商整改与持续改进，保障来料质量与供应链稳定。Conduct supplier quality audits and performance reviews; drive supplier corrective actions and continuous improvement to ensure stable incoming quality.

5.组织并实施内部质量审核（体系、过程、产品），跟踪不符合项整改与有效性验证，提升体系符合性与过程能力。Plan and conduct internal audits (QMS/process/product); follow up on NCs and verify effectiveness to improve compliance and process capability.

6.协助生产/运营部门修订与完善FMEA、控制计划（CP）、作业指导书（WI）等文件，确保版本受控、内容一致、与现场执行匹配。Support Production/Operations in updating and maintaining FMEA, Control Plan (CP), Work Instructions (WI), ensuring document control and shopfloor alignment.

7.负责内部检验员技能培训、生产部门质量意识培训，并开展质量体系程序文件培训，提升人员能力与质量一致性。Provide training for inspectors and production staff on quality awareness; deliver training on QMS procedures to enhance competence and consistency.

8.负责原材料与成品的系统放行及COA开立；负责计量器具/测量设备台账、校准与状态管理，确保测量有效性与可追溯性。Perform system release of raw materials and finished goods and issue COAs; manage metrology equipment (inventory, calibration, status control) to ensure measurement validity and traceability.


岗位要求：

1. 学历 Education：机械相关专业本科及以上学历。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2. 经验 Experience：3年以上质量工程相关经验，熟悉焊接工艺者优先。 3+ years of quality engineering experience; knowledge of welding processes is a plus.

3. 体系知识 System Knowledge：熟悉IATF 16949体系与ISO9001体系，能独立维护质量体系文件。 Familiar with IATF 16949&ISO9001; able to independently maintain quality system documents.

4. 工具掌握 Tools：熟练使用APQP、FMEA、PPAP、MSA、SPC、控制计划等6大工具；熟练掌握8D方法。 Proficient in APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and Control Plan. Proficient in 8D method。

5. 审核能力 Audit Capability：能独立进行VDA 6.3&VDA6.5过程审核。 Able to independently conduct VDA 6.3 process audits&VDA6.5 product audit.

6. 测量工具 Measuring Tools：熟练使用千分尺、游标卡尺等通用测量工具。 Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, and other general measuring tools.

7. 综合素质 Soft Skills：具有较强的质量意识和问题解决能力，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。 Strong quality awareness and problem-solving skills; excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork.

8. 语言Language：良好的书面英语: Good written English

9. 系统System: 熟悉SAP系统操作及其他相关系统 ：Proficient in using the SAP system and other related systems
